PEOPLE MATTER

ARC5's Catalyst experience is founded on models of how people work together coupled with the additional ingredient of a professional facilitation team. The event design process is all about changing the way people traditionally work.

According to thought leader Bryan Coffman (Director at PwC's Experience Center), people make decisions first based upon group affinity because we are social creatures, secondly by the stories we tell ourselves about how the world works and lastly, people make decisions based on data. Most of us will filter data through our stories and our community affinity. People won’t follow you (or even each other) based on data. But they will follow you based on a compelling story.

We believe that getting people to work together creates community, and the power of the community accelerates decision-making.

Another important factor concerning people is the facilitation team. Catalyst events are supported by our experienced facilitation teams and involve close work with client from initial design through to completion so that expectations are met or exceeded. The facilitation team includes technical support staff who make the execution of the event possible in a seamless experience through the eyes of the participants.
